Return and Exchange Policy

If your product is damaged, defective, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request within 1 day of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service, clearly stating the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Kindly attach packaging photos along with product images from different angles. Your request will be forwarded to our Quality Assurance Department and reviewed within four working days.

  • If an incorrect product has been delivered or a fault is found in the delivered product, we will exchange it with a new item of the same type.

  • If a minor defect is found, the same product will be repaired and re-delivered to you.

  • If you dislike the product or change your mind, you can request a replacement. In this case:

    • You may choose a different product.

    • if the selected product is priced higher than the original, you will be required to pay the price difference.

  • For any replaced items, the customer will bear the delivery charges of Rs.300. If you change your mind or wish to exchange the product for something else, the new product will only be provided if it is available..

Shipping Damages / Broken Items

The Shopping Hub takes every possible measure to ensure secure and sustainable packaging. However, some items like perfumes are fragile and may get damaged in transit. If this occurs, you must share proof of damage (photos/videos) within 1 day of receiving the product.

Please note:

  • We do not return or exchange items damaged during shipping.

  • Instead, we will offer a discount coupon equal to the value of the damage.

  • Resolution may take 7–10 business days after claim submission.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

The Shopping Hub reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject any returns at our sole discretion due to:

  • Excessive or irregular returns indicative of “wardrobing.”

  • Returns involving used, worn, altered, laundered, or damaged items.

  • Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.
